Is Roomartstore able to make custom furniture?
Unfortunately, we cannot make custom furniture, but with our wide range of products, colors and different sizes, our products can be used in most bathrooms. For more information, please consult the technical specifications on the product page.
What is the average delivery time?
We keep a large stock so that we can deliver in almost all cases within 3 to 5 working days. As soon as your order is ready, you will be contacted by e-mail or telephone for the delivery date. If a product is not in stock, this will be indicated on the product page. The delivery times may differ per product.
What additional options are there?
Roomartstore offers a wide range of products that can be expanded or are offered in different combinations. For example, the bathroom furniture is available in different sizes and different combinations, from individual products to a maximum of 4-piece sets.

Is assembly included when buying bathroom furniture from Roomartstore?
Unfortunately we do not assemble. All our products are offered as kits with assembly instructions. All assembly videos are easy to find on our website.
Where can I find the installation manual?
The installation manual is always included in the package or can be downloaded from the product page.
Is there a return policy?
All products can be returned up to 14 days after delivery under the following conditions.
- The product is not assembled
- The product has not been used
- The product is unopened and in its original packaging.
How long does it take before I receive confirmation of my order?
After the order has been paid, you will immediately receive an order confirmation by e-mail with an overview of your order.
What if the product does not meet my expectations?
All products can be returned up to 14 days after delivery under the following conditions.
- The product is not assembled
- The product has not been used
- The product is unopened and in its original packaging.
What if the product is delivered damaged?
Our apologies! we do everything we can to provide you with a replacement part as soon as possible. To make the process go as quickly as possible, we ask the following:
1.) Photo damaged product.
2.) Look up the product in the supplied installation manual and add it to the email
3.) State the invoice number or order number.
4.) Send us an email with all the details and we will contact you as soon as possible.
